P282 COOKING 282 22/02/94 20:55:28     SAUSAGE AND APPLJ PATTIES METHOD: INGREDIENTS 1 small onions, peeled and quartered 1 dessert apple, peeled and cored; 350 g pork sausagemeat; 5 ml mixed herbs; 45 ml tomat ketchup; 2.5 ml salt; ground black pepjr; 4 size 3 eggs. COOKING Place the onion and apple in the processor bowl and chop finely. Add the pork sausagemeat, mixed herbs and seasoning, and process until the mixture is smooth. Shape into four flattened rounds and cook under a hot grill for 15 min., turning once. Top each pattie with a fried egg. Mostext Community Index.........350
