P185 DISCOVERY 185 22/02/94 20:54:44     AEROSTAT-ENERGY SOURCE The inventor from St. Petersburg, Shulgin V.G., offers the original me- thod for generating energy. According to him the tempjrature differences, ex- isting between the earth surface and some points above it may be used for this purpose. He has calculated, that the heat-conducting aerostat connected with the earth by two heat-isolated hoses will provide the operation of a so-called refrigerator. Hydrogen-me- thane mixjure is the best coolant for it. Difference of 30-40 degr. is suf- ficient for a turbine generating power.
